The Narrative Structure

The video begins with a man, close to death, lying lamely on the floor. The video cuts to the same man, returning from a funeral, looking angry and upset. As the scene plays out, the audience watches him drink himself into a stupor, before waking up in a rage and trashing his house. As he falls to the floor, he's sick and, in flashback, the audience realises the reason for his emotional breakdown; the girl that he loved died. As he crawls onto his bed, through his hallucinogenic, psychedelic rage, he dies slowly.
